How do you add W-2 income to estate income tax return? There is no option to add wage income in Business 2022.

Did it not occur to Turbotax that someone might die while having a job?

I think that would go on their last personal 1040 return.  You still might need to file a final return for them.

Sorry for your loss.   A business or estate tax return is different from an individual's final personal tax return.  If you are confused about preparing the person's estate/business return and the final individual Form 1040 for  them, you can contact customer support for some guidance or maybe seek local paid tax help with this sad task.
