How do in start filing my 2020 taxes

Tax returns for 2020 cannot be filed until January 2021. The IRS will not be accepting any 2020 tax returns until late January.

The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2020 should be available in early December.

The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions for tax year 2020 are available for purchase now on this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

If you qualify AND if you wait until mid January THEN you can use one of the IRS FREE FILE options to file a fed & state return for free ... but you must be patient. https://www.irs.gov/filing/free-file-do-your-federal-taxes-for-free
