I have scheduled a payment in the future at the same time as filing for a Federal extension. Now, I cannot find that scheduled payment - but I would like to change the upcoming payment date.
I tried checking from the Print Center, but it only shows the remaining payment that I have scheduled (in the "File" menu, not the "Extension" menu). When I go back to the Extension menu, it only states that my extension has been approved. I tried accessing the IRS website, but it doesn't reflect my scheduled payment probably because I did it through Turbo Tax. Please assist.
Also, the Form 4868 does NOT indicate the date payment will be made (only the amount)
I accessed the government website and saw my payment pending. It also had the following message:"
**Unable to Modify or Cancel**
**Please use the corresponding payment channel to modify or cancel this payment**
