How do I upload my 2022 taxes which I filed on desktop version to my online turbo tax account so it shows up in my tax return & documents?

A 2022 tax return/tax data file from the desktop editions cannot be transferred to the 2022 online editions.

Sorry you can't.  You can only transfer it into next year's online return if you use Online next year.  

The question is why not this year.. I don't need an online version to keep reminding me to file even if I have filed using TurboTax.
