How do I upgrade to premium? Getting an error when I follow instructions.
I'm trying to upgrade to premium for personal taxes so I can enter K-1 information. Whenever I follow the instructions to upgrade, I get "Hmmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section" - why can't I proceed?

It's possible this is browser-related. Please log out of TurboTax, refresh your browser, and clear your cookies and cache. Then restart your browser, log into TurboTax, and try upgrading again.
