How do I tell TurboTax they have an error in their program?

When I tried to enter miles driven for Dr. visits it opened with a 0 and will not allow me to change it yet when I try to move on to another question I get an error message that I can't leave it 0.

Try using a different browser. Chrome users have indicated problems with typing in the boxes,
