I can't even. I can't find any way to talk to a human being if I live outside the US. They HAVE to call me? And they refuse to use an international number? Why can't I call them? Why can't they text chat?
And, I went to their site and found their toll free number and all I got was this hideous AI IVR from hell that REFUSED outright to let me talk to a person and then hung up on me with no choice.
This is absolutely my last year ever using Intuit products of any sort. They lost me, and I am considering filing a BBB report for this travesty of support and betrayal. I highly recommend to everyone to leave this shoddy company who doesn't even care one bit about any of you, enough to give you any kind of access to a human being.
