How do i speak to a human being about a website bug?

I have a bug where my income is listed twice on my "non resident wage allocation" state tax form. There's no way to speak to a human being via this crappy AI. How do I report this bug so I can submit my taxes? It looks like this: Current job ---- $amountA ----- NR [state a] Source Income Current job ---- $amountA ----- NR [state a] Source Income Prev Job ---- $amountB ----- Not [state a] Source Income When I go to the next page (Nonresident Income Allocations), it gives me exactly double $amountA

It sounds like your w2 state entry is the problem. Your resident state automatically taxes all income listed on the w2. Your w2 should only list the total state amount. For example: Earn $100,000 total wages. Your state entries cannot exceed your total. State Z $60,000 and resident state $40,000 or if all earned out of state, state z $100,000,

Sometimes a w2 is issued and it will list the resident state with the total amount on the w2 state section. It should be deleted. The IRS and the states have copies of the w2. This is where you tell the story of which money you earned where.

Review your w2 entries in the federal section. Scroll down to the state entry and check your totals.
