How do I resolve this? I received a message stating my credit card was decline; however, the money was actually charged on my card. How do I resolve this?

First thing...immediately call your credit card company (the number will be on your card) and tell them you want to dispute a charge. They will guide you with what to do. Next call TurboTax at 1-800-446-8848. Explain what you need and they will route your call to the right place..Good Luck!
