Before submitting a claim under the 100% Accurate Calculation Guarantee you should speak with a TurboTax agent at the Audit Support Center who can help you with understanding the IRS letter you received.

If you received a letter from the IRS be aware that they often use the term "calculation error" generically to refer to many kinds of errors which often include user errors in data entry. That's why we are asking what error you had.
