How do I report interest income for which I did not receive a 1099?

This is a settlement payout required by the SEC from a fund that misused some fund assets.  A 1099-INT is issued only for payouts greater than $600.  Therefore I have no 1099.

Even if you did not receive a form 1099-INT, you should report this interest income AS IF you had received form 1099-INT under Wages & Income > Interest and Dividends > Interest on 1099-INT.
