How do i report income on ESPP stock donated to charity (the discounted portion)? Where would I report it on my return? What form? Income or deductions?

I donated ESPP stock to my church.  I need to report the 15% discount on the FMV at the time of purchase as ordinary income.  I need to know where and how to report that in my return.  Would I report it in the investment sale area?  Dividend and Interest Income?  Some sort of other compensation?  Maybe in the area where I entered my W-2?  Or, would I report it somehow in my deductions?

To report the compensation associated with the gift of stock by:

Starting the "Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 11099-C" interview.
Starting the "Other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099" interview.
Answering "Yes" on the "Other Wages Received" page.
Entering $0 on the "Wages Earned as a Household Employee" page.
Entering $0 on the "Sick or Disability Pay" page.
Answering "Yes" on the "Any Other Earned Income" page.
Ticking "Other on the "Enter Source of Other Earned Income" page.
Entering a description and an amount on the "Any Other Earned Income" page.
