How do I report a entry form software error?

I found in entering the 1099R data for MD State Retirement Agency that the "Pick-Up Contrib's" is in box 19.  Yet Turbo Tax radio button for pick-up contributions shows box 17.  Unless I'm misunderstanding something, that's just a bit confusing.
