The link you sent me to literally says that in order to actually get one on one assistance from TurboTax I need to upgrade to TurboTax plus. I’m not going to pay money to fix your broken tax software bug. Is there no way to resolve this with actual help from a person? I have been using your software for over a decade now you have me vendor locked please don’t make me learn tax act.
