How do I remove the form 2210? my penalty is not lower utilizing this method, but it seems to be stuck in my return. I cannot unring the bell.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on Delete a form

Delete the Form 2210

If you owe a penalty, Form 2210 will be included with your return.
