How do I remove form 2210? I do not want to waive my penalty.

If you aren't requesting a waiver you can delete the form under Tax Tools, Tools, Delete a form. The penalty amount will still be calculated but the form will not print or be needed when you file your taxes because you are not requesting the waiver.
