how do i put that i can be claimed as a dependent

This is in the personal info section.  If you have already entered  your name, go back and click edit next to it and then a few questions in, it will give you the option to say you can be claimed as a dependent on someone elses return. 

In the My Info section on the left side of the online program screen, you need to edit your personal information.  There were be a statement asking you if you can be claimed as a dependent.
