How do I proceed to file without the required FEINs for my Credit Unions? Dividends were $3.74 for one and $0.18 for the other and neither sent a 1099-DIV.

What credit unions call "dividends" is actually interest, not dividends. Enter it as interest, as if you got a 1099-INT. You do not need the EIN of the credit union, just the name of the credit union and the amount of interest.

When you enter a 1099-INT or 1099-DIV TurboTax does not ask for an EIN. Are you trying to import the information from the credit unions? Just enter it manually.

Since all amounts on a tax return are rounded to whole dollars, don't even bother to enter the 18 cents. It would get rounded to zero.
