I don’t have a card to use to pay the payment it’s asking for when I just finished my state and federal and are filing them together when I started with turbo it’s the reason I chose it bc it said pay $0 and that I could use my return but it’s not giving that as an option?
You sound confused. Are you asking how to pay your TurboTax fees? You can pay TurboTax from your federal refund if your federal refund is enough to pay the fees PLUS the extra "refund processing fee" of $40 ($45 in CA) to have a third party bank receive your refund from the IRS, take out all the fees, and send you the rest of the refund. If your refund is not enough to do that , then you need to pay your fees using a credit or debit card.

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
