how do I open section on investment and saving when it only spins. all others open and can be completed?

I suggest you go through some trouble shooting options.

 

  1. Clear your browser of cash and cookies.
  2. Shut down and re-start your computer.
  3. Log back in
  4. Try Investment Income before you post any other information.
