How do I open 2017 for Mac? Have followed instructions to load into ap. folder but then it will not open.

get error message Turbo Tax cannot be opened.

Here are the system requirements for macOS with TurboTax this year:

The update should be in your app store under featured updates. If you need help with the update, Apple Support is a good option to call.
