You should have a different login/User ID for your account. You can use the same email address for multiple accounts but each account will have it's own login/User ID. Each TurboTax Online account is for one federal tax return. If you need to create another account, follow these steps:

However, you can create another TurboTax Online account to file another return using the same email address but a different login/User ID for each account.
