How do I leave a horrible review for this garbage scam service? They say it’s free and charge you $100. Last year was free. Never. Ever using them again!

Give a poor review to whoever paid $100 when it should have been free.  Someone did not know what they were doing.

Never again willl I use this bull**bleep** service who continues to rob people of their own money. Even paying top tier . my past tax retuen was still audited and for whatever reason which still makes no sense I was charged 8000. the child tax credit and earned income credit was taken from me. No one else is allowed to claim my kids but somehow I owed. And you assholes never resolved it. Fast forward to 2025. Where i am looking at getting a fraction of what my refund was. Seriously HOW DO YOU SLEEEP AT NIGHT ? I will make sure EVERYONE i know is NOT EVER going to use this scam service, thats a promise Turbotax.

Millions use TurboTax and are completely satisfied.  You need to find a local tax preparer to do your returns because you are not doing them yourself accurately.
