The bonus show up on my paystubs as "quat1 bonus" "quat2 bonus" etc. They are taxed 33% I believe... but it looks like it is just added into my wages and not a separate form like some bonuses are.
Just wait for the W2, the totals should all be on it. You just report the total income received and the total withholding for the year. It's not broken out for bonuses. The 30% etc. doesn't matter. That's only for how much the employer withholds. That isn't entered separately.
For income tax purposes there is no difference between the taxation of "normal wages" and bonuses. They should all come in the same block on your Form W-2.
You did not "already pay tax". What you paid was only withholding, an estimate of the tax due. No piece of income is taxed individually. All your income, including bonuses, is added together at tax filing time. The tax is calculated on that total (after adjustments, deductions, exemptions and credits). Then withholding is subtracted to determine if you owe more or get a refund.
The bonuses will most likely be included on your W-2, particularly if FICA was also withheld
