How do I input a Canadian address with ZIP code for a 1099-MISC? It is only allowing American address formats.

I received a MISC 1099 from SkipTheDishes, upon doing the final review to finish, the error comes up that I need to input the address for this business. Unfortunately it's directly asking for City, State, and ZIP but the formatting does not allow for letters in the ZIP nor an option for Manitoba as a state as the business that gave it to me is Canadian. SkipTheDishes, Corp is the business.

Appreciate any and all help!

Does SkipTheDishes, Corp have a U.S. EIN?

If so, you can enter the correct street address and City for the Payer (or some variation of it) and then your State and Zip.

(The IRS only needs the Payer's EIN and the Recipient's SSN for your tax reporting)
