How do I import my info from American Enterprise Investment Services Inc?

I can't find American Enterprise Investment Services Inc on the "Lets get your tax info" page

If the 1099 you received from American Enterprise Investment Services Inc., includes the sale of investments (1099-B), you will need to upgrade to TurboTax Premier edition to report this on your return.  If the 1099 is only reporting interest and/or dividend income (1099-Int or 1099-DIV) and you cannot locate your investment firm on the list, you will need to manually enter the information by selecting the "I'll type it in myself" option, then follow the program prompts to complete your entry.

Thank you for the responses.....

1 more question/issue:

i have not been able to connect yet.  And, when i try to select the 'Go to Site' link, i get the 'about:blank' page.  I am doing my taxes from Vietnam, but i am on VPN.   i can connect to the financial institution from this machine, but i cannot connect from within the import.

Any ideas?

I almost positive the VPN is stopping the connection.  Try working outside the VPN.
