How do I import from Citibank all documents? When I search I do not find it. I find 3 other Citi companies but now Citibank.

I'm trying to use the IMPORT... feature to get all documents from my bank.

If you are referring to Citibank Banking, they are on our TurboTax Import Partner List to import 1099s and 1098s.

For more information and to check our list our partners, refer to the TurboTax article How do I import my 1099s?

If this isn't what you are having issues importing, please clarify.

Citibank Banking is listed online as a partner, but within the software itself- it is missing:

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

If you use the Brave browser, you have to turn off the Brave Shields.

See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:

This is not answering the question. Citibank Banking is missing from the software installed on a PC.

I don't think it's possible. TurboTax supports importing from some Citi account types meant for wealthy people, but not regular Citibank accounts. You'll need to type your information in manually.
