How do I import 1099 info from my UBS account?

The UBS 1099 Import is Broken as Designed because by all appearances as it rejects a valid Document ID.   It continues to bark about 11 character with no spaces but after several attempts it still fails.   And by the way with the lack of any support I will seriously consider another product next year as this appears to be a product defect.

I solved my problem.  The letters in the ID are case sensitive so must be certain to use the "shift" key when entering them
