How do i i file an extension for a c corp in NV

The state of Nevada does not have a corporate income tax (either C-Corporations or S-Corporations), nor does it have a personal income tax.  Thus, you really don't need to request a Nevada state extension, unless it has something to do with sales or excise taxes.  If you need to Contact the Nevada Department of Taxation about any of these items, though, then you may do so using the information at the following webpage:

https://tax.nv.gov/Contact/Contact_Us/


However, to request an extension of time to file a C-Corp (Form 1120) federal income tax return, including those businesses incorporated in Nevada as well as any other state, you can file Form 7004 with the IRS.  This can be done electronically, through the TurboTax Business software package; or you can fill out Form 7004 manually, and file it on paper.

To do that, you can download and print Form 7004 here:

Once you've completed it, then you can mail it to the address shown on Page 5 of the Form 7004 instructions, found here:
