How do i get to the place to where my IP PIN needs to go

If you were issued an IP PIN and need to know how to enter it in TurboTax, please follow these instructions:

  • Login to your TurboTax Account 
  • Click "Take Me To My Return"
  • Click "Search" in the upper right corner, then type "IP PIN" in the Search Box 
  • When the results populate, click the "Jump to Link"
  • On the Identity Protection PIN screen type "Yes" and enter your IP PIN in the space provided
