This happened last year too. The only way last year for me to find community support was to ask a question, then when someone responded, I got an email and it took me to support.
This year I had to open TurboTax online and click on DIY Under "Let's Go" and FAQ.
This year I also didn't have the easy comparison as to which program to buy (Deluxe, Home, etc), it only gave me options for paying $700 or so for a person to help me.
