How do I get the turbo tax discounted rate I was promised. It is showing 59$ when I was orginally promised 39$

Early season discounts ended on February 28 and fees increased on March 1.

This is bullsh*t. I just got the information I needed in order to file. Turbotax is run by criminals. 

You could have paid the fees early to lock in the lower price.  By saying you wanted to print and it would have asked you to pay.
