How do I get out of the endless loop in Turbotax Deluxe 2024 that is the window that says "looks like we hit a snag... we recommend you revisit the last....?

I have not encountered the "we hit a snag" pop-up this year except when using a Mac, and the pop-up didn't seem to stop the program from working. 

 

If you have all of the minimum system requirements, you might also try clearing your cache and cookies.  If after trying all of the options mentioned you still have the same problem:

 

See this help article for instructions on how to contact TurboTax customer support depending on which product you are using. Be prepared to answer the following:

 

  • Where were you in TurboTax Deluxe when you encountered this screen? 
  • Did it stop the program from working?
  • Did you complete the entries in the screen to report this?
  • Are you using a Mac device?
