How do I get my spouse's W-2 information for 2017 if we are in the middle of a divorce and he won't provide the tax information for me to file my 2017 tax return?

I am filing a married filling separate 2017 tax return and don't have any of the community property information. How can I obtain this information?

1) You might not need it if you have been separated the entire year and have no community income.  That depends on state law in your state and might require professional help from a tax professional that deals with divorce cases.

2) Your spouse will have the same issue.  Talk to your divorce attorney to work it out.
