How do I get my full wage and income transcript if most of the 1099s issued to me were given under my EIN and not my social security number?

In other words, does the IRS keep records of anything paid to my EIN and how can I get a copy of them?

I'm a single member LLC but I can declare my EIN under Schedule C.  The problem is that when I go to the IRS transcript portal, only the 1099s issued to me under my social appear as part of the Wage and Income Transcript.  All 1099s under the EIN aren't there.  I called the IRS hotline but the rep just put me on hold for about an hour after I told him the transcript portal says the service is only available to individual people not businesses/organizations.  I can't seem to figure out which form I need to submit if I have to request it through mail.

Please help!  Thank you all.

Here are a few suggestions for getting your EIN's transcript.

  • There is an IRS site online Get Transcript Online.
  • You can order a transcript of your business return by calling the IRS hotline 1-800-908-9946.
  • You may be able to contact your local IRS office and have a transcript printed for you.  Check this link for a Taxpayer Assistance Center near you.
  •  Local IRS Office

Though the portal online didn't help, calling the *commercial* not the *individual* IRS line as you suggested helped.  They'll get to me in 5-10 business days.  Thanks a million!
