How do I get my 1095-A form if I have Medi-Cal? I can't get a hold of anyone via phone and their website doesn't give me accesss.

Medi-Cal is the California state health care insurance program for Medicaid.  You do not receive a Form 1095-A for Medicaid and it is not reported on a federal tax return.
