How do I get instructions to mail my tax return? I finished it in TUrbo tax, got the tax return form, but no instructions.

It depends on which state you are in.  Refer to the IRS website Where to file paper tax returns with or without a payment.

To find out the address to mail your state return you need to check your State Department of Revenue website to get the address . Refer to the TurboTax Help article How do I contact my state's Department of Revenue?  and select your state.
