HOW DO I GET BACK TO PART III TO MODIFY PART TIME RESIDENT TO I WAS THERE THE FULL YEAR. I CAN’T GET BACK TO IT AND THE REVIEW DOESNT ALLOW ME TO MAKE CHANGES.

Click on 'federal return.'  Click on personal information.  I think that is where you will find the question about being the resident of a state for part of the year or the whole year.  That is where you will edit.
