How do I get a refund on my TurboTax purchase if I had to file an ammended return in Oregon due to TurboTax's error? I was rejected because it was past the 60 days.

I had put in for the refund once, and was told it wsa past the 60 day satisfaction window.   TurboTax admitted their error well after the 60 days had passed.  I had followed the link given to me by the TurboTax rep I had spoken with.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
