How do I get a referral number in order to refer to my daughter?

A referral number for what exactly?  How does this apply to TurboTax?

I had recommended your product to my daughter and she is asking me to send her an referral?

The TurboTax referral program is not currently available. It will be available starting February 10. See the link that VolvoGirl posted above.

But it's February 10 now and you still can't refer.

@Cynthiad66 Please don't tell us to do the same thing and expect different results.  Clicking the "Start Sharing" button does NOTHING.  Tell us if you experience something different.
