How do I get a 2017 AGI#? My wife always files for us and she has recently passed away (jan 2019). We also just moved and I can't find any of our 2017 tax documents.

I'm sorry for your loss. Without your 2017 documents, the options are limited. You can contact the IRS to get your AGI, but that will take time. Otherwise, you can file by paper. Here is more detail:

If you know that your taxes were filed via TurboTax Online last year, but on a different account, you can attempt to recover the 2017 account by:

Once the account is recovered, you will find the AGI here:

Where to find your 2017 AGI in TurboTax Online/Mobile
  1. Make sure you’re signed in to your TurboTax account.
  2. Select Tax Home from the left menu.
  3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents and select 2017.
  4. Select View adjusted gross Income (AGI).
