How do I get a 1099 for my cash jobs

The person or company that hired you should send you IRS Form 1099-MISC Miscellaneous Income.  1099-MISC forms should be sent out, by the person or company that hired you, on or before January 31, 2017.

If you do not receive form 1099-MISC, you still need to report your income.
