How do I get 2019 basic info (names, address, ssn, etc) to pull into 2020 data base?

If you used the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2019 then you should have created the TurboTax online account for tax year 2020 with the exact same User ID that you used for the 2019 online return.  If you did the 2019 tax data would have transferred to the 2020 tax return when you started.

You have to use exactly the same account and user ID that you used for 2019.
