Try using a zero for your Pin, that has helped when someone gets a rejection with their regular pin.
If you e-filed the 2021 tax return on or before October 17, 2022 and it was rejected then you had until October 22, 2022 to e-file the corrected tax return. After 10/22/2022 e-filing of a 2021 tax return using TurboTax was closed. The 2021 tax return can only be printed and mailed.
On a mailed tax return there is no 5 digit PIN to enter nor the prior year AGI.

If you are referring to the 6 digit IP PIN issued to you by the IRS that would be entered in the Other Tax Situations section of the TurboTax program when e-filing. When mailing the tax return you will have to enter the IP PIN manually using an ink pen in the section on page 2 of the Form 1040 where the tax return is signed and dated.
