How do I fix my rejected state return when I don't have a rejection code and TurboTax doesn't know why it was rejected?

When at tax return, federal or state, is rejected, TurboTax sends you an email with the rejection code and rejection message.  Check your email account and the spam or junk mail folder for the TurboTax email.
