How do I fix my AZ return when I keep getting an error that says : "Hidden Federal Transfer Wks: Taxpayer's occupation has too many characters"?

Try going to the My Info section, and shorten your "Occupation" that you set.

Keep it short and Generic

Example: "Occupational Therapist for Prison Inmates"......should just be "Therapist"
