There is no Payer's TIN on it, as shown here?

2020 Form 1099-G (irs.gov)

But it sounds like you may be in the W-2 section by mistake.  Go here instead:

Federal > Wages and Income > Unemployment Comp

I have the same question, and I am not mistaking it for the W-2 section.  Turbo tax is asking for the Federal Payer ID of my unemployment from NJ.  I can google this for PA, but nothing comes up for Jersey.  what am I missing here?

Since it doesn't appear to be on your form you can try calling the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development to get the "Payer's ID number".  Here are the contact numbers.

  North New Jersey:  201-601-4100

  Central New Jersey:  732-761-2020

  South New Jersey:  856-507-2340
