How do I file without turbo tax deluxe? I can't get rid of It!

You can downgrade from TurboTax Deluxe back down to the Free Edition by using the Clear and Start Over feature.  However, keep in mind if your tax situation requires schedules that are not included in the Free Edition, you will once again be prompted to upgrade.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4248526
