How do I file self-employed income on my name if 1099-k is on my spouse name?

I used my husband's PayPal account for receiving payment for my self-employment/freelancing work so my husband received 1099-k showing that he got the income but he was not involved in my freelancing work. My question is how do I file this income in my name? OR should I file it under my husband's name since 1099-k is on his name?
FYI - We are filing as "Married Filing Jointly"

No, as a miscellaneous expense, he charges it off to you.

He will need to have a Schedule C to report the income but then he can expense it out to you, referencing the error. You would then be able to include the income in your own name.
