TurboTax only supports tax year 2014 thru 2017. For tax year 2013 you can get free federal tax forms, schedules and instructions from this IRS website - https://apps.irs.gov/app/picklist/list/priorFormPublication.html
To use TurboTax for prior year tax returns (2014 thru 2016) you will have to purchase and download the desktop editions for each tax year separately from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
For tax year 2017 you should use the TurboTax desktop editions since you would be using the desktop editons for the prior tax years. When starting a new tax return using TurboTax the program will transfer the prior year tax data to the current year tax return.
Go to this TurboTax website to purchase a CD or download of the 2017 desktop editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
Prior year tax returns can only be printed and mailed, they cannot be e-filed. When mailing multiple tax returns use a separate envelope for each tax year. Consider using a tracking service from the Post Office you will have confirmation of the tax returns being received by the IRS.
You should complete the tax returns starting with the earliest first and continue to the current year in case there is any type of carry-over of tax data to the next tax year.
Note - The IRS will not pay any tax refund for a tax return filed prior to tax year 2014.
